Can My Report Be Delivered Electronically?
All ICON reports are available electronically via e-mail delivery within 2
business days. Your electronic report order will be delivered to your inbox as
an MS Word or PDF attachment, as specified. Electronic reports are
downloadable and print-ready.

On What Fiscal Period Are the Company Benchmark Reports Based?
The Company Benchmark reports are based on the most recent data available,
typically the latest fiscal year, which can vary across companies as well as
geographic regions. Also, in cases in which a company’s fiscal year-end
results have been recently reported, we prefer to use earlier reports as the
most recent figures for the preceding year are often changed during the
current fiscal year. As explained in the report’s methodology, the relative
ranks are rather stable over shorter periods of time, irrespective of the
years used. The reported figures are forecasts for the following year.
What Is the Category Definition in the World Outlook Report?
A category definition is included in the methodology for each World Outlook
report, which is free to view on our Web site. To view the methodology for a
